Mt. Rainier

Mt. Rainier is the tallest mountain here in Washington. This afternoon we went grocery shopping at the Commissary and when we came out of the shop we are directly facing through the giant land mass. As we walk through where we park our car it also seemed like we are walking to the mountain. My husband told me that one day we will go there and do hiking because they have hiking trails. Just looking at the mountain you can say that it looks so very near yet so very far. It is a big mountain covered with white snow instead of lush green trees and canopies. I know I will get to experience setting at the foot of it one day.
