Hands Free Law

The law that prohibits motorists to talk or text using their cell phone while driving is already in effect here in Washington. It is a secondary offense and if ever caught will be fined $124. I think this law can help a lot because it prevents accidents especially among teens. I have been driving for two years now and I don't use or answer phone calls while driving.
