Becoming rich seemed like a far-fetched idea for me nowadays unless you are born with a silver spoon in your mouth and a gold plate in front of you :-) According to most books that I have read, to build your wealth is not an overnight thing. You have to persevere and should have a strong determination in order to succeed. I cannot refute this fact. In order also for you to achieve your goals in becoming rich, you need to do some preparation. One of the things that can prepare us is to get educated. There is one university that I know of that gives students the benefit of enhancing their skills as well as their knowledge in business, specifically in real estate investing. They also give their students the liberty to choose courses within their curriculum paths that they think are vital to their success. Graduates of Nouveau Riche University will then be equipped with the knowledge in different concepts and strategies of real estate investing as well as understanding the pros and cons of different short-term and long-term real estate investment strategies. Our friend who is a real estate agent and broker always tells us that being in the real estate business really changes their lives for the better. They are encouraging us to do the same. My husband is contemplating on it. If he is decided, I would recommend taking the home study program of this university.
