When hubby came back from Iraq I told him that he can't change lane going to HOV lane on some roads or freeway going to Seattle starting in Auburn unless he will pay for the fee. He was shocked and said that he was only gone for five months and there are new rules now. Well, they have this toll fee for HOV in order to maintain the road and a lot of people are willing to pay just so they can beat the traffic. I believe it really de-congest the traffic. I think they still do road construction to fully implement it in the whole of WA. I hope it would really do its purpose and will ease the traffic condition all over the state.
